Trubble Brewing wanted to update our followers on what to expect in the upcoming month. As you all know we had to open as a taphouse while we were waiting for the Feds to approve us on the brewery, that happened last month and now we are in the final stages of completing the glycol line runs to the fermenters. We expect to be brewing beer on the 3BBL system within a week. In the meantime we have been brewing on the 1BBL pilot system and plan on releasing one beer a week until we can start brewing on the 3BBL system and fill all six tap handles with Trubble beers.
This Thursday, the 24th of March we will tap the Bad Ash Black Saison that was a collaberation between Trubble Brewing and Bad Apple Brewing. We wanted to send Brian Lewis out proper and get a brew day in with him before their big move to the east coast.
The following week we will release Anti-Establishment BIPA. All of these beers are limited quantity of roughly 100 pints so get into Trubble before they're all blown. We will continue updating our fellow beer drinkers each week of each new release.
We will also update everyone of our grand opening date in the next two weeks of when the taps will be full with Trubble Beers.
The renovation process is coming right along and as scheduled. So far we've completed the kitchen area and back dishwashing room, built the wall between the brewery and kitchen and will be moving all the kitchen equipment in this week. The building is also getting all new bathrooms along with keeping the barside (patron side) close to it's originality. We are re- finishing the wood floors on the bar side and have the old tin ceiling painted and working on painting the remainder walls and trim. The brew system is currently being built by our friends at Stout Tanks and Kettles.
Our exterior renovations won't happen until early spring which will include a new canopy, replacing some windows, paint work and new beer garden fence. We are excited to see some transformation with the building now that the demo work was completed about a month and a half ago.
We will see you at our opening sometime in May or June 2015!
